Booking and Payment Policy
 

  • Deposit: A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied to your total service cost.

  • Payment: The remaining balance is due at the time of service. (Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Check)

 

Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
 

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with a 48-hour notice.

  • Cancellation: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made 48 hours in advance. Your non-refundable deposit will be applied to a future service.

  • No-Shows and Late Arrivals: No-shows, last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours), or arrivals more than 20 minutes late may result in forfeiture of your deposit and potential cancellation of your appointment.

 

Touch-Up Policy
 

  • A touch-up may not be needed if you're satisfied with the shape and color, and the results match your expectations, a touch-up may not be necessary..

  • Touch-Up Timing: Your touch-up appointment should ideally be scheduled within 12 weeks of your initial treatment. After 12 weeks, an additional fee may apply.

 

Respect and Refusal of Service
 

We value a respectful and positive client-artist relationship. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who do not adhere to our policies or exhibit disrespectful behavior.
